Looking for agency recommendations for DS (12) interested in TV/film and musicals (though I realise edging out of the age-range for the latter).
Has been with his current agent for about 4 years with some stage/film/TVC success and busy patches, but they're had some changes recently and we are finding it both slow and frustrating

Thinking of a change, but realise I don't know which agencies to aim for/are well-regarded.We are prepared to have to audition - would just like them to be friendly, responsive and busy (though not just with TVC).
Would be really grateful for input!
