I don't know if it's a "no-no" but I know my daughter's Agent requires you to tell them if there are any changes in appearance (even a haircut!) including braces. I suppose it depends on whether you are right for the parts you go for - braces and all! Good Luck!

My dd has had braces on for over a year now and still managed to get a Microsoft commercial and some modelling jobs Anything to do with food is a big no, but there was even one casting - that she didn't get but was shortlisted for, where she was picked because she had braces! Don't worry - tell your agent though - there is still life after braces
