Yes they have because my dd's friend had an offer the same day dd went on the reserve list
What date did your dd audition?

Yes, definitely offers have gone out as my daughter is in a group chat. There are some ,5 or so, holding multiple offers, we cancelled all further auditions and declined places as soon as my DD got her place at GSA , this was in February so a long while ago now. Some that auditioned in December are still waiting to hear, one who auditioned on first audition date ( November) heard 3 weeks ago that they were successful, so there is still time. Boys and girls are separate on reserve.
Seems a shame to be holding that many offers when so many people are waiting to hear. I am trying to think of a situation where you would need to hold that many. Surely you could just hold one firm back up offer whilst waiting for your favourite choice to come up??

Emil Dale Academy where she is currently on BTEC. I just wanted to give you hope that there would be movement on the reserve list.

Thank you lovely. Another wait for us. She quite understandably is not getting her hopes up after the disappointment with Laine but I really hope she gets one! X

Don’t give up hope. My older DD went to Bird & there is more hope of a place at Bird than funding from Laine due to numbers & finances. There will still be a lot of movement on the reserve lists, especially this year. Will
Keep everything crossed for you.

I’m confused with the thread. Can people clarify things. My dd auditioned via video for colleges and is waiting to hear back from them, but I can see lots of people have either heard back and have been placed on a reserve list. Also people who have already been put on a reserve list are still waiting to hear of a firm offer? It’s so confusing. Has anyone been offered a firm place at all?
