Looking for new agent

Can anyone recommend a smallish, friendly agent that is good for singers, musical theatre and tv and film? For someone who has graduated from Musical Theatre School?

There are so many agents but I believe one of the best for musical theatre is Jorg Betts. Others I know of are CAM, Hattan McEwan and CAM, all of which are great for "emerging artists". I am sure there are people here who can suggest others. Hope that helps a bit and good luck

Just wondering if there are any smaller or newer ones out there that might be easier to get a meeting with? Curtis Brown is very big and hard to get meeting with!
