My dd should have auditioned for Masters today but because of her fractured foot, we have postponed to May, so I have been thinking of what we should have been doing today! Her foot still wont be healed, ready for May, so we are very anxious for some positive news hopefully this week! Lets hope we all get good news for our children this week xx

I'm so sorry about your daughters fracture, and that it is sitll healing and she wasn't able to attend her audition yesterday.

My dd auditioned yesterday at Masters, small world. Do you want any feedback about the day, if so please pm me.

Fingers crossed for your DD that it will come right for her this year!

I too feel very anxious about results, and doubt if I'm the only one rushing home from work to get to the post, hopefully of an answer!

We're waiting for funding news from Millenium, Performers, Cambridge BodyWorks and The Centre.

I rang Italia Conti & they sent out a form for us to fill in earlier in the month - which we never got so they are re-sending it

DD has turned down her degree place at Urdang so someone on the waiting list should get some good news soon
It was a very hard decision to make but she decided Bird suited her better.

The deadline for accepting places was last Tuesday so any places that have been turned down should be offered to others very soon so fingers crossed for everyone xxx

Hi Megmar - we were at Laine last week but for Bursary assistance not Dada and havn't heard anything but we may not hear at the same time as Dada anyway Is that your dd first choice - I think you previously said she has been offered some funding at Urdang? Fingers crossed for everyone that it won't be too much longer xxx

We have a letter at the sorting office for DD

It doesn't have enough postage on - so we have paid & it will be delivered tomorrow

So offer? rejection? or a bank statement?

Yes she has been offered some funding from urdang but they really need to know if she will be taking the place now She isn't sure about Laine for some reason. Performers will be letting people know next week apparantly. Bird is probably her favourite but they have said they won't be allocating dada's till end of May.

Fingers crossed it's an offer letter katymac, did you get the letter from italia cont that had got lost in post?

Yep but it was just a pre-financial info form for the DaDA

Last year it took 3 looooonnggggggg weeks for the Laine letters to arrive!
