Is your dd hoping to study in London at 16 ? Would that be a foundation course or BTEC. Sounds like alot of hard work . Well done to you both . :D

Well done Katy! Its horrible when they fly the nest - even just for a weekend.
Thank goodness for mobile phones! Imagine how hard it was for our parents!

I can't even imagine the lack of a phone

My poor mum when I went to uni with only a payphone down the road to reply on :(
