I wouldn't tbh - canvas is even harder to sew than pleated satiny stuff

I wasn't planning on sewing, just cutting a hole for the head and two more for the arms

OK, so it's not exactly Stella McCartney, but with the amount of cake that's being passed around here to take the dampers off an otherwise soggy jubilee, I don't think I'll need particularly sharp tailoring for some time ahead.

Hope everyone else is jubilating too!

Cake making not cake eating here

Dancing performance tomorrow so:

Decorated cake to raffle (finished)
Decorated cake to give to teacher to say thanks (made, decoration to be done)
Decorated fairy cakes to sell (decorations started - cakes still to be made)

Phew!!
