One way of getting hold of it is to read through all of the past postings. There are lots of them and you can skim quite a lot, but all the nuggets that you are searching for are probably in there somewhere. And you can get them without having to wait for a reply.
When you read through you'll probably understand why riverdancefan is 'out' - its not that your questions are boring, it's just that riverdancefan has answered them many times already (being a very knowledgeable and generous member of this community) because they have been asked several times before, and quite a few times in recent weeks.
