KFC casting

Did anyone else's dc go to he KFC recall at the end of last week? Busy wasnt it! Good luck to all those waiting for new!

Yes good luck everyone. I saw somewhere a brief for extras children for a KFC advert but that one filming mid April so maybe they were checking out kids for more than 1 advert (I dont mean recalling our kids for the extras role but maybe the mid April one needs main kids as well). Anyway, well done to everyone and fingers crossed for us all xx

Did anyone hear anything from this? We didn't, and as they were planning the shoot for next week I assume silence = 'no thank you'.

I hope some NAPMs have been cast - good luck you your DCs if they are involved!

Aww, thats very kind Flosmum DS2 was actually put on heavy pencil on Monday morning and was confirmed on Thurs. Good Luck to any other NAPMs going or waiting to hear back on the other KFC casting

I've also heard that the shoot date coincides with a longstanding film commitment for both my girls, so alls well that end well.

Hope y'all had a good time at the KFC shoot last week.

My girls were shooting a film on a cold playground in Hampshire. If anyone ever thinks that film acting is glamorous, just think of their poor frozen knees in school skirts. If it had been a week earlier I would have been covering them in sunblock! But they had a fab time all the same and we met some lovely people too.

When ds was filming a short film Iain Glen was playing his dad we where sitting late at night in a rough car park I had a good old chat with him, said to him well people think that filming is glamorous he said well not short films but when it comes to big budget feature films its a different matter, which is right .

Lol, poor F & P Glad they enjoyed it.

KFC was fun, we had one of the double decker catering buses so plenty of room for the kids to play in. DS and Sophiesocks DD even did a scene together and got on great so we all had a good laugh. Have to wait to see if they make the final edit now! Fingers crossed.

I really hope the scene they did together makes it, it was very cute, we had a really good day too
