Applying to agents when not eligible for Spotlight

Hello
I am 26 and therefore no longer eligible for Young Performers on Spotlight and I don't yet have four professional credits to meet Spotlight's criteria. Does anyone have any recommendations of agents who might be willing to take me on who get approached directly by casting directors?
I am just having a showreel put together from short films I have been in so I have this to support me.
