Same way as normal castings really - through agency. My daughter has cast for/recorded 3 voiceovers (Thomas the tank engine, Ricky Zoom and radio ad) just through her acting/modelling agency - maybe just mention to them its something your particularly interested in and if you can maybe record some voice sample clips, my daughter has these on her profile x
