Spotlight CV help

hello everyone, I just have a question about how Spotlight works!
When you submit your CV to a CD on Spotlight, do they get given a copy of your Spotlight CV as it is at the time you sent it? Or do they get the link to your current CV?
For example, if you alter your CV after you have submitted it for a role, would the CD see the updates? Or would they see the old version of the CV?
