Spirit YPC dance troup

Does anyone have any experience with spirit YPC dance group, may 7 year old has been asked to join one of the teams and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with them. It will be a huge commitment to go into London twice a week with her so I want to make sure it's definitely the right thing for us before we decided - thank you
