Hi there

If you are writing to a new agency regarding representation and you are currently with your old agency would you put that in your letter or wait until later on in the process? We are not tied in & could move quickly but want to know the etiquette.

If you're in Spotlight they'll know who represents you anyway.

I'd just write explaining you're looking for new representation. There's no real need to mention your current agent.

Moving agencies happens all the time - and as long as you do all you can to part on good terms, it shouldn't present any problems.
