Getting in with an adult agent is very hard ds has a very good CV sent out 50 CVs got seen by 3 the last one took him on he was beginning to lose hope. I found if you send emails out just before 10 am in the morning got an answer back as would be at the top of the agents emails. Ds had an agent so was not to bad as some don't have agent. As she is 16 would advise her to write in not you as adult agents expect it to be the actor or else think it's the parents doing the pushing. Look up agents Google who well known actors are with look to see if they have any one like your dd on there books if so not worth applying as they will not take any one like any one on there books on. Good luck
