Getting A Chaperion Licence In Kent

I am moving to Rochester in Kent on 1st August I am a regestered Chaperion so want to register in Kent. What LEA do I contact when living in Rochester? Thanks

Phoned up Medway CC was transfaired from on apartment to another no one knows who dose it. If any one has the phone number that would be great thanks.
