				Can someone tell me whats the difference between Hnd and Ba  in musical theatre.

				hnd is higher national diploma and BA  is Batchelor of arts which is a degree. not sure how the course content differs though. usually after and HND you can go on and do a BA if you wish to do so.

				Thanks Steffymum.In our area they are auditioning for a new school for a 3 year course .My dd is already in college doing musical theatre  ,will be applying for Birds , artsed , mountview and Laines from September .This new course offers Hnd at the end of 3 years.

				im I Scotland so might be different but a lot of the private schools run a 3 year hnd here. but a normal hnd say outwith the arts is 2 years

				I found this definition "Generally an HND is the equivalent to two years at university. A full-time Higher National Certificate (HNC) takes one year to complete, or two years part-time. Many HNC courses cover the same subjects as an HND, but an HNC is one level below an HND (it's generally equivalent to the first year at university)."
