Radio 4 is serialising this as Book of the Week and it's fabulous. It's Antony Sher's diary of creating and performing his version of Falstaff. Here's the link to the first episode - they're available for a month: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b05ssng2
I remember reading and loving his Year of the King many years ago, long before I knew anyone connected with the theatre, about when he played Richard III, and I can't believe anyone at all interested in acting or theatre wouldn't find both fascinating.

I have the great pleasure and privilege of working with Tony Sher at the moment in Death of a Salesman.
