Does anyone have experience with Esta Charkham agency?
Is it a good reputable agency?

Both my girls (11 and 14) are with this agency and they are fab. Both girls audition on a regular basis for TV and theatre work and have both worked in the last four years. All those who work at the agency are approachable and have the best interests of the kids at heart - they are great at discussing roles with you and are available to answer questions. They generally don't put the kids up for commercials though - which is fine for us.
