If anyone is in the Herts/Beds area near Hitchin I thought I'd let you know about the Hot House Dance Summer School - (Professional Dance Training for young dancers). It us run by Damian Slade a fantastic contemporary dance teacher having trained at The Place. He his brilliant with youngsters, my DD started only stated with him in January under the CAT Hertfordshire Satellite Programme and she has improved so much. He makes them work hard but in such a fun way that they all love him to bits.

Anyway, here's a bit about the summer course he his running.
Award Winning Hot House Dance are recognised as pioneers in pre & post vocational dance training, promoting best practice & providing exceptional & innovative dance training

This Summer school is taught by a team of professionally trained dancers, choreographers & performers with extensive & exceptional professional dance industry experience

As part of the course you will take part in 3 daily Technique Classes in:
Contemporary Dance Technique
Ballet Technique
Street Dance/Commercial

You will also take part workshops & presentations in
