For example

I think Italia Conti at Guildford do a level 3 course & they could be thought of as a specialist college& obviously Arts Ed in London do Level 3 and are specialist

& I've copied this list from another thread

Arts Ed - 16 yrs level 3 diploma
Birmingham Ormiston Academy - 16yrs level 3 diploma
Hereford - 16yrs level 3 diploma
Performance Preparation Academy - 16yrs level 3 diploma
Preston - 16yrs level 3 diploma
Stage Works - 16yrs level 3 diploma

Is Academy for Theatre Arts the one in Staffs? There is also Steelworks in Stoke.

Henley College also offer the level 3 BTEC in Performing Arts.

CAPA College in Wakefield is a specialist performing arts college in Wakefield that does the BTEC for 16+

Worth mentioning for those that arnt aware that Hammonds level 3 btec is drama whereas most of the others are dance or musical theatre.
