Hi. Can anybody recommend a good monologue for a teenage boy (15), please? It's very open, which is what we are finding difficult. I can find monologues but as we have never done anything like this before, I don't really know where to begin in deciding if they are good/suitable or not. Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you

What is it for?
How about Alan Strang from Equus by Peter Shaffer?
Edmund's 'Thou nature art my goddess' speech from King Lear
DNA by Dennis Kelly (Richard's monologue)

There are some lovely one in Private Peaceful (Michael Morpurgo)- either the book or the stage play version.
