I don't think there is to be honest, age may play more of a factor when it comes to a much quieter period. How old is your DD? Whe. You say you've been waiting a while, how long has it been since you joined your agency?

End of June? That's no time at all, some people will be waiting months, its not something that's necessarily going to see instant results I'm afraid but her age group should still be popular so just sit tight and wait as you'll do a lot of that in this business

Without knowing the agent your DD is with its impossible for anyone to comment on unless you wish to state who it is,but even with a well known agent kids can still be waiting a while, it's not necessarily going to suddenly speed things up due to it. Is your DD on spotlight?

I must admit that I have not heard their name for a long time, I also thought they were better for babies/toddlers and mainly photographic work, hopefully that's changed :)

Spotlight would have been good with an agency if you're looking at getting your DD more into the acting side of things.

I do think Spotlight is essential for anything acting related. I'm a bit surprised that the agent has not recommended it/insisted upon it, especially for TV and commercial work. Was there an interview/audition for your dd before being taken on?

If I were in your shoes I would ask a few more questions of the agency you are currently with.

Are you hoping that there will be acting jobs/commercials? Or is is just photographic/modelling?

How are they submitting her for jobs if she is not in Spotlight? What kind of work did they say she might be suitable for? Did they give you an idea? Would they like her to be on Spotlight? (you would have to pay for it so I can't see ANY good reason why an agent wouldn't want their client on Spotlight - unless they have already made some kind of charge for her to be on their books, in which case...)

I think you need to know what they think she may be able to achieve in terms of jobs and what they will be doing to help her achieve this.

Although I completely agree that a month is no time at all to be with an agency, I still think you need a clearer idea of what they are going to be doing to promote your dd.
