I have been with Byrons Management for a couple of months, and so far I have been sent to two auditions, both for commercials. I have heard nothing from them since, just wondering if this is normal, I am also 16 and look very young for my age if this makes a difference. Has anyone else had experience with Byrons, have you had a lot of work?

I think this is pretty normal - I'm in the same position as you age and looks wise, with a different agency, and haven't had any castings. I trust and really like my agency and don't think they wouldn't ever send me for anything if a breakdown came in.
