Trying To Crop Photo On StarNow HELP

Have been trying to crop a photo on StarNow having so much trouble can only get half his face or one eye can some one please HELP me. I want to put the photo as his new profile photo dont know why they will not just let me put photo on with out having to crop it

Whenever I have trouble I email them with the picture and they do it for me

I don't think you do actually have to crop it, if you just click on the DONE button when you have uploaded the photo it saves it in its original form.
