I have received a request from a director who needs several young children for a party scene
Female & Male / 6-10 yrs. / non-Equity. Sophie's Fortune can be described as ‘Indiana Jones’ meets ‘The Goonies’. The story follows Brendan who gets involved in a 'Fathers only' treasure hunt for the sake of his 9 year old niece Sophie. But what Brendan begins to realise is that the parents imagination may have gotten the better of them and it might not be so easy bringing home Sophie's Fortune.

We require around 10 and 15 children to play as background artists. The filming will take place in Oakwell Hall, Batley over a weekend in July.

There is a trailer for the film on the web site, it looks excellent and the location for the children's scene is beautiful.

Hi. Is this genuine as I have googled Phil Meaham and the e-mail address is different plus my server won't let me into www.divideproductions.com.
I want to put DD forward but a bit wary!!

I don't know why the link isn't working. If you google Sophie's fortune there is a link to ccp and a few trailers to look at.

We have, I was just coming on to update everyone. Our dd has just been cast as Sophie and is filming this weekend :D

I emailed regarding the background artists and got a reply asking for a audition video for the part of Sophie then I got a call on Tuesday to say that she had won the role of Sophie \:D/

I'm so pleased for her and she can't wait to start filming :D
