Theatre...and Film, on Radio Four

I heard Anna Scher (of Theatre School fame) on Desert Island Discs on Friday. What an interesting teaching career she has had, before ill health overcame her. But she came back, and travels all over the world involved in reconciliation work.
Then on Saturday morning, I was delighted to find film director, Alan Parker on Saturday Live (who could forget The Commitments?) He was talking about the making of Bugsy Malone, at Pinewood Studios in the early stages of his career and the year long search for a child cast.
