Agency dilema

I am from Ireland and I am currently looking for an agent. However I don't know the best way to approach this. Should I try English agents or do you think the distance is a problem? There are not many good agencies in Ireland but it is probably more accesable for me. I applied to Kelly management and was asked to audition however I only got the email today when the auditions are being held. What should I do about this? Do you think they'll give me another chance?

Was browsing 'actorsoracle.co.uk' for agents and came across this-
http://www.talentedkidsireland.com/
I Don't know anything about the agency though so I'm not reccomending it or anything.
