four inch tap shoes?

Hi,
My daughter is in a show (42nd Strret) at Mountview and has asked me to get her 4 " heel black new yorkers. I have contacted two dance shops in London and they only do 3 inch.
She gave me the name of a website called Sodancer but I cannot get on to the orders page as you need a log in and password.
Does anyone know where I could buy these?
