Can anyone recommend free software that I can use to download video. DS has been in a few things that are on Youtube but we didn't get sent a copy, so would be nice to download some bits.

A kind person suggested a safe one to use but the post must have gone in the site tidy up.

Anyone have any experience re Youtube Videos.

DH uses Zamzar to download videos off YouTube. Apparently you just paste in the Youtube link and you can convert it to any format you like.

Never used it myself but hope it works for you

Thanks, its brilliant. No software to download. you just paste the web address into the site, it converts it to a file type of your choosing, it emails you when its converted, then you just download the file.

Just tried it on 3 vids and thay all worked.
