I heard mention of this being made into a film on screen terrier and am particularly interested in the part of the young girl and was wondering if anyone knew what was happening with the casting of this, thanks

On wikipedia it says that the film is being written and directed by Neil Jordan. But they may have cast the parts already because it says that it was in pre-production in Jan 2010.
