The project sounds similar to something that was cast at the beginning of the year via the Kent Film Office? The NAPM thread on it has been deleted now i think. You could try contacting the Kent Film Office

Hi I remembered a company that wanted somebody for a history film and it's them - KETV in Kent are casting - google them!
