DS asked to audition forTricky on CITV- the auditions are over half term we are away so cannot attend. Sounds like good fun show to be part of acting as a presenter

Haven't heard anything re Hugo Cabret since dd auditioned - but don't know anyone who has heard back yet

With such a fab director and american CD on board, I`ll be surprised if casting for H Cabret is confined to just UK. It would be interesting to know if anyone has been recalled yet.

i would be surprised if they did cast a british biy - it has long been an american tradition if a film is set in a non-english, non-american location (whether a european country or a cartoon under the ocean!!) to cast americans as the goodies and brits as the baddies. but we'll see
