DD has been asked to go somewhere special with a friend during the proposed filming dates for the castings she went to. However as filming is near the beginning of July do you think I am right in assuming that as we had no contact Thursday or Friday after her recall she probably hasn't got it? It's for a commercial.

i would talk to her agent before you decide anything as it may put them in a difficult position if they decide they do want your dd and then she cant make it, see what they think and if they agreee that its probably a no this time.

If she had got the part the filming would have taken precendence over the other event but I don't think it's going to be an issue now anyway. Will wait for the next casting now.....

Well done to your daughter! it's amazing that she got a part from her first ever casting! She must be very talented! Hope she (and you) have lots of fun at the shoot!
