Congratulations to your dd Janine.
For those waiting I know how difficult that wait is. My dd has been with Abacus for 18 months and I remember another Abacus mum telling me that she got a call and casting very quickly after he ds's audition. I think Abacus would rather send all the notes out all at once but if they have an ideal casting come up for someone on the "definite" list I think they sometimes contact them earlier.
What I am saying is don't be negative because someone has heard and you haven't - it could well just be that this casting came up.

Thank you kittykatty, I did wonder if that could have been the case but thought I might be clutching at straws! On with the waiting then! x

Thanks for posting that KittyKatty as I think you are 100% right.Yesterday when we received a call i thought that everybody was getting told & then felt really bad for posting on here when it became apparent that everybody's still waiting. Thank you very much for your congratulations & good luck comments,my daughters only just turned 8 & is so very very excited & now very busy learning her script. Please don't be disheartened if you haven't heard yet , as with the benefit of hindsight I think we have only been contacted early so that my daughter could attend the casting on Saturday.Keeping my Fingers crossed for all of you & hope the waiting is over very, very soon

Sorry, meant to say a big well done for being accepted. my ds got accepted with chilli kids but my dd didnt , she is with a local agent but thought might get more opportunities with a london one. any suggestions?
