Hello everyone. Just wanted to say a big thankyou to all NAPMers who've viewed my DS's profile and vids over the last few days .....Sadly, although lots of people have viewed, no one seems to have clicked 'Favourite' for him
Nevermind, I will continue to favourite and like everyone elses.

I favourited him a few days ago, but I see he has only one favourite - and I'm sure I can't be the only one. Maybe it's not working? Email to ask? (My DS has 9 now - more than a few days ago when I posted his link, but I have no way of knowing whether that's the right number.)

Thanks so much Talya, You're right, I emailed them last night, and they replied saying he definitely only has the one 'fave' and, quote: "You won't be able to view who has added you to their favourites" (which I'm guessing is you)

I also asked them whether there is any way of finding out how many 'Likes' he has had, but didn't get a proper answer for that So will probably have to email again. It seems odd having a 'Like' button, if there is nothing showing you how many likes you've got

This does seem to be something lacking with this site, in contrast to Kidsccp, who show you exactly who's viewed your profile, and the ip addresses of those they don't know.

BTW, favourited your DS the other day too.

Have added Luca to my favourites so should say 2 now - be interesting to see if it counts up

Been back through and added the others to favourites (Really sorry riverdance fan, can't believe i didn't have T in there - you know he is my absolute favourite, but their isn't a button for that! )

Hi Jollyjelly, in the settings on the right of their profile you can set it so you should receive emails every time his profile is liked (which I assume means favourited) and when it's viewed by a casting proffessional. However I contacted them because wev'e never received any emails for this. They said it's set up correctly so we should, I then received 1 email that he'd been viewed after that but now aren't receiving them again!!! Don't know why it isn't happening!!

Hi poohstix, thanks for that. Yes I had set up all these notifications when we first signed up, including the ones for new jobs etc. But they do seem to be a bit hit and miss, as to whether they work Certainly haven't been get any telling me he's been viewed. I feel a long email coming on.

Can you let me know if you get it sorted as I had a few emails back and forth from them couple of weeks ago. They said I should be receiving them, then I got 1 and havent had anything since, they can't tell me why? Now my messages from directors are going into my junk folder!!!! Have given up now and just check his profile and guess who's viewing/favouriting lol.
