Km casting call

My DD was at 1pm on Saturday. I've found out much more about the audition from here than her lol. Good luck to everyone.

My ds was 2pm slot Manchester hes under 16 just asked him, again and he definitely said un general they asked over 16s about horse riding and mentioned football but not to him direct. No more info from him!

interesting that they filmed bits of London but not Manchester - oooh I do wonder when or if someone will hear something don't like waiting

In the London audition they filmed them talking about themselves but not the improv.They were all put into groups who could horse ride,play football sing and dance and a group who couldn't do any of those things.After that they put them in random groups for improv with different ages.Lots over 16 and only a few younger.Dd said it was very funny with lots of laughs.

DD is only 11 and there certainly seemed more of the older ones in her group.

The fact that no one on here, apart from the ones from London who got an email on the day, has heard any more, no emails, recalls etc might mean calls are still to be made for other projects. They might be reviewing everyone and concentrating on the urgent project first I would expect at least one other person on here to hear something

For some reason London and Manchester auditions seem different.

I don't think they are I just think an urgent casting had to be responded to the week before Manchester I am sure someone on here will get contacted, they are a talented bunch after all, otherwise why bother coming North?

Hmm. Maybe their still trying to cast for "Hat Hair", and will get back to some of us when their going to audition people for their other future productions...

Hoping for something later on in the week maybe? Confusing because from what DD said and from some others they seemed really interested in some of them

Do you never get a thank you for attending email and feedback from these things? Or do you literally hear nothing if unsuccessful?

Usually don't hear at all. Even sometimes after a recall.

That's a shame really when the kids go to these things and ask if you've heard anything! Be nice to even just show them a positive email even if unsuccessful.
