Wilkes or Liberatus?

Dd2 is trying to decide what to do next year if she doesn't get funding from the Reserve Lists.
Her friends and teachers have suggested the 2 colleges above. She's 18 currently and hasn't done A levels. Can anyone advise me on the two colleges?
She is taking her RAD Advanced 2 ballet and Advanced 1 tap exams in the summer so she wants high standards in dance as she is also Advanced 1 in Modern.
Costs play a major part too unfortunately

Know someone who has been to Wilkes and standards are high, opportunities , plentiful and student halls .

I think there's a thread about Wilkes. Must admit I've never heard of Liberatus!
