singing lessons
How do I find a vocal coach in my local area.no one I speak to can recommend anyone.

After the obvious (Google, Yellow Pages etc) you could try asking at local choirs or school music teachers. We found ours through choir but as far as I can tell they all know each other.

If you attend a local concert you could ask a performer who their singing teacher is.

I think there is a lady called Bridget Radford from Burry Port, she is on facebook. I know lots of her pupils and they have done very well in MT exams.
