360 Arts are looking for new talent (the age has been dropped to 14) to enter into the X-Factor 2014 and the voice 2015, we are offering one to one coaching sessions with Melanie Masson - X-Factor finalist 2012, 360 Arts patron and vocal coach to CBBC Sport Relief Does Glee Club group #BOOM! who reached the semi finals of this years competition after being put together in three days.
