Merchandise royalties

Does anyone know anything about merchandise royalties? DD has action figures out for over a year now but no payment has been made

good advice. Should be in the contract - clarify with the agent. Hope it goes your way !

One of the characters that my DC has played in the past is featured on a computer game. The contract stated that the production company had the right to use his character image in any way they choose so he didnt expect to be paid extra. It would have been great if he had!!

Yeah its a Young Amy Pond figure. Finally got it sorted out tho! She didnt have an agent when she first started to had to agree the contract myself

I didnt, they gave me them free!! I swapped my sister a signed DD figure for a signed Karen Gillan one (cos she's Karen's mum!!)

That's excellent, so glad they gave you them. When my dd did a trailer for a book she was sent a copy of the book, signed by the author and the director. DD was so pleased she doesn't want to read it, in case it gets spoilt!
