16yr olds in the industry

Hello all,
I have a daughter who has worked professionally in the industry theatre and screen since she was 10yrs old so I am used to the chaperone/licence scenarios. Although initially delighted that she is about to come out of licensing I am now having a wee panic about her booking jobs - will she be treated as an adult in as much as booked into hotels alone etc with no supervision - we have always had chaperones or one of us with her and it seems a huge leap to fly solo at just 16yrs particularly on overseas projects. To be fair we would probably accompany her at our own cost where possible - not on set but at hotels etc - does anyone have any experience or advice they can share - thanks so much.

I assume you are aware she won't come out of licensing on her 16th birthday, but rather after the last Friday in June (I assume she's Year 11).

Most hotels will not allow unacompanied under 18's (my dd is 17) so the production company will need to be aware of this and even though she won;t need to be licensed there are general employment regulations and risk assessments that apply to all young people above school leaving age but under 18.
