Changing My Email Address

I have a new email address want to change it on here can't work out how to do it can some nice person please help
Click on your username in the top right hand corner;
click on the User Control Panel:
click on Profile tab;
click on 'Edit Account Settings' and you'll find your email address in there. You will need to confirm your password, then click 'Submit'.
