Re: BFG film
Thanks for that info, Sweets. That makes sense although I doubt the renewal form will come directly to me. Probably will go to the agent. It's her first time on it so we'll see how it goes. Thanks again.

caroline72 tomorrow is the deadline for spotlight .you can renew yourself if you have your pin.if the agency were going to renew for you they would ask you for the £95 fee.
hope you dont miss the deadline. X

Re: BFG film
Thanks Littlerics and LotsofLaffs. I wasn't very clear. My daughter has just been added to spotlight so she is fine for this year. My worry was that if she leaves her drama school (the agent is tied in with her drama school) over the next year then they may get the renewal form and they wouldn't contact me. Anyway, she may stick at the same drama school and therefore the same agent.
Re: BFG film
Renewal form?? never had one of those. Spotlight is your's and you have control over it, if you decide to change agents then simply email Spotlight and they will change the details, if you every find yourself agentless then they will put Spotlight down and temporary contacts.
I got a call from them once, can't remember what it was about but I was amazed how knowledgable the bloke on the phone was, he know all the agents, gossip and politics, really felt that I was the customer, not the agent.

napmfm - They send out an annual renewal form for fees each year - do you not get these?
Re: BFG film
No, I get nagged by her agent towards the end of the summer, get some pics done and renew, I'll have check now and see.

Any news regarding the role of Sophie - it's gone a bit quiet on here!
Re: BFG film
Not heard anything except they were now looking in the USA too......maybe they will wait until they have a few candidates they prefer and invite them back?
Need to be quick if they film in April though.

That's really odd CatKat as I heard of a girl going for a recall today. Am keeping fingers crossed for her anyway.
