My DD auditioned for The British theatre academy and was recalled for a lead role in Bring it on, still waiting to hear back how she did, ( this is on another thread musical theatre) She has only been at Bodens College since September and is doing so well, she was nominated for most improved student at the awards evening and has just been cast as Pepper in the college production of Cry Baby.

Thank you, this is where i’m So grateful that we live in London, so many amazing opportunities. We looked at our local performing arts college and the standard was nowhere near as good as Bodens, we could never afford a fee paying school and were so lucky when we found Bodens and DD was offered a place.

She was a bit dissapointed expecially since the same thing happened to her last year, she was recalled for a lead role, then wasn't offered a part in the show, not even ensemble and again not contacted at all. This could possibly have put her off auditioned for BTA. She is really looking forward to playing Pepper in Cry Baby which has helped her get over the dissapointment. Thank you x
