notice given to agency

Hi would like to ask you all what notice you need to give your agency when you decide to leave. I have just handed my sons notice in so am interested in knowing what you all have to do. Many thanks.

It really depends what it says in any contract or agreement you have. Some do specify a notice period.
You will still be required to pay commission for any work the agent was involved with before you left (eg if you auditioned for a job which didn't start until after you left them, your agent can still take the commission.
If you have no contract then once you've told them you're leaving that's that really.
