Re: Mondi associates
My dd moved to them two weeks ago and within a week had a high profile audition!
Re: Mondi associates
Thankyou. That sounds impressive. Good luck with the audition

Re: Mondi associates
My DD met a lady who is represented by them and she says they're great they just take a large percentage cut - like 20% plus 4% VAT

Hi
Does anyone know anything else about this agent, as dd has been offered representation with them but a bit concerned about the notice period and sole representation.Has anyone else on here had any luck with them?

I don't know this agent, but 20% is by no means high as a commission rate. And most good agents expect exclusivity. To be honest, anything other than that could prove almost impossible to manage as all agents could have a legitimate right to commission on any job.
And if Francescasmum recommends it, it must be good!

I agree Flosmum. 20% is pretty average for commission (&20% VAT of the commission only). Their website looks good and their adult clients seem to get work. I'd say go for it!
