It’s worth being aware that you cannot access DaDa funding for acting courses until you are 18

Yes there are approx 14 colleges that offer the Trinity Diploma that have DaDa funding for its students (although a few are classical ballet courses). They are a mix of Dance & Musical Theatre courses. For acting you have to be 18.
Each college is allocated a pot of government money & sucesful candidates are ordered in order of talent until the money has run out. It's income assessed on a sliding scale.

All sixteen year olds in this country are eligible for free training for three years after completion of their GCSEs - year twelve, year thirteen and gap year/year fourteen - providing they are enrolled on an accredited course, graduating with recognised qualifications.
My DD has been attending Bodens College of Performing Arts - who offer free full time training for this age group so I know it's true. She's currently in her third year with them - and it's all been FREE!!!!!
