Fartomuchtodo, I take your point on board. I offered help but was told the school was doing everything themselves. All parents where required to do was to arrange for the children to get ready.
I guess maybe it would of been better if they accepted parental help...

I also wondered if this could have bee our show! (But katymac mentioned she did costumes so I know it isn't!)

I made 250 costumes for our show including tye dying and hot glue gunning 3000 gem stones. Not on my own but with some help and yet I was still making an extra costume half an hour before dress rehearsals due to misinformation. There were several tiffs on the day (kids couldn't be collected quickly enough, someone had wrong fairy wings, bit of a scrap over microphones, some parents not there to pick up kids, etc) and actually the show organisation was a shambles in part!!

But ... I would never mix that up with the quality of the dance teaching and being in the right environment for progression and fun as I think the two things are very different :)
