Stagebox Virtual Auditions

Hi there
Did anyone’s child do the online auditions for Stagebox?
We had a no however when watching the Session in auditioning they did say they would give feedback. The email we received was a generic it’s not your year kind of thing however some feedback may be good as I have a 9 year old asking which areas she needs to work on.
Is this a normal response from them or do they usually give feedback. I do understand they had a lot of auditions sent through. Thanks all and best of luck to those that got place XX
